Counter Strike 2 stuck at the loading screen....

Hi guys, basically the game is stucks at the loading screen, I can hear the lobby music but the orange loading screen with counter strike 2 wont disappear. I've tried reinstalling adn -vulkan as launch option as I found on another post but that simply made the game crash right after seeing the Valvle logo. If anyone know a fix I would gladly take it.

nah man, I tried everything to no solution I am kinda just waiting for cs2 support to see my ticket and work on in hopefully

I have a windows laptop, with i7 cpu and an integrated gpu, maybe the issue is in the gpu, being too weak but I could play as cs2 released for a few days so I was thinking it wasn't it.
