Weekly Reward Bug ?

Is anyone having issues getting Weekly Rewards ? I am playing since day 1 of CS2 release and since beta and after alot wins in EACH map also increase level, i didn t receive anything... My brother just did 2 matches in the game and already receive the Weekly Reward...

If its not a bug i accept a explanation how the system actually works...

it gives u the weekly package after your first weekly EXP rankup
it counts the rankups before so if you already got your xp drop this week you have to wait til next week

its reset every week it just means you already ranked up this week and got ur item in either CS2 beta or CSGO

But in my game is still there with 4 > ? ? ? ? < It says i didn t get it yet. My brother rank up yesterday too but he got the weekly package

Yeah I’ve ranked up a few times this week. Every time I played I checked to see if I got one and it still doesn’t work

I didn't get one last week, since weekly reset and with reset boost I ranked up again but still nothing

I got my drops for this week in GO and then next day CS2 launched so i have to wait for next week to get this care package.

Well... I guess we can agree that is a bug then.... Because i am still leveling up and no package ...

The weekly CS2 pack does not drop out.
The rating has already increased twice, but in the store there was a tab “increase your rating to get a set of items to choose from”, it remains the same

If game already gave you 4 , than you must choose only 2 of 4 you like .
I had 1 case / 1 weapon / 2 different graffiti .
So I marked weapon and case to take .
If you already picked drops for this week , than you must wait Wednesday , than level up once again to get drops .

I am also having this issue. Haven't got a weekly reward since release. Just ranked up tonight and didn't get anything.

same as others, only thing i can think is i ranked up the day before or the night before the launch of cs2. so after reset ill see if i get a package from ranking up.
