I mean who wouldn't ?
Super common for me to play with teammates that don't want to listen and do their own thing, don't speak english or are toxic to their teammates after a single mistake or for not playing well.
TLDR: A full premade team has a huge advantage over a non full premade.
The premade team always has the advantage of communication and knowing each others playstyle, possibly even have tactics they have used numerous times together etc.
It's an unfair advantage that makes it in my opinion unbalanced.
Solo queue leads to not developing your teamplay, communication, and support skills which are all important for high level play. It IS unbalanced but it kind of has to be to encourage teamplay. It's much better for the game to have people throwing a lot of utility for each other and performing group executes than five players going for kills every round and baiting each other. I'd often prefer the experienced IGL who can consistently get mid control with utility than the player who can get more kills.
Just add people after games or use LFG services (preferably not the ingame one) to find people.
Grouping 5 people against randoms is incredibly unfair because you can never reach the level of communication and teamwork that a good 5 stack achieves compared to 5 random people.
Sure teamwork is very important but we know Volvo doesn't give a ♥♥♥♥ about that as long as Russians are allowed on European servers. 80% of time I see a Russian I have to instantly mute because they spout Russian garbage. That's 1 player less that can provide information.
There is a reason many games don't allow full teams vs randos as it's inherently unfair. We just have to pray for Valve to come to their senses. They have the advantage of providing a game that a ton of people play. But for some reason they are seemingly afraid of splitting the player base too much, it seems.
