Bring back CSGO

CS:GO should still be available as its own game, just as the previous versions of counter strike. Completely removing csgo does not make sense at all. I do not mind cs2 being released, but at least fix movement and spraypatterns. Right now the game is barely skill/tactic based at all. It is barely even playable.

CS:GO with upgraded graphics and smaller adjustments would have been the best choice in my opinion.

Modes missing, weapons less accurate, no buy wheel with good categories, this is at best a massively unfinished game.

umm i would demand to have csgo back and cs2 removed!!!! Its just amazing to me that even with a new game (CS2) that there is still rampant cheating in the Beta!!! it feels to me like CS2 is a step back from csgo and cs2 actually feels like it was supposed to be an upgrade from CSSource and NOT an upgrade of CSGO. Either way this is a game ender for me since every game of CS2 i play im instantly HS the millisecond i see any enemy, its just pathetic the beckward decisions the devs keep making. needless to say i am a very unhappy CS gamer.

Yes! if the game physics would have been the same smooth, crisp ones as csgo, I would not have minded playing cs2 instead of csgo. But since the game is so ♥♥♥♥ it is just frustrating and even more unintellegent of valve to remove the whole csgo game.

If they desperately needed to remove csgo for whatever purpose, at least make the replacement game as good or better!

I was looking if people could still play the older version (because that's what normally happens, e.g. Gothic 1, then Gothic 2, Gothic 3 and so on). But I couldn't play the previous csgo. And googling for the question "can I play previous cgso after csgo2 release" resulted in the following "So no: You can’t still play Counter Strike: Global Offensive after the launch of CS2. " :(((((( My favourite map Channels disappeared and the background noises and soundtracks got much much worse. So it's far from ideal, what hapenned.

One of the biggest scams ever made in the gaming world.
They simply erased a game that was an absolute success for a decade, replacing it with a beta version of another one that has nothing to do with the original, just to make MORE MONEY ABUSIVELY.
They now make it seem like all the thousands of super positive CSGO reviews over a decade belong to a game that no one wanted or asked for, that virtually no one played, let alone rated.
Pure blatant trickery and fear of an imminent failure. This is an abusive, unfair and untrue practice. The US and EU governments should sue Valve heavily for this, and Blizzard for doing the same with Overwatch.
Or maybe we could do it ourselves, together. Because if no one do anything now, other cases like these will inevitably arise over and over.

And cs2 is not a new game it's a engine upgrade, exactly the same game except that arms race is gone and the graphics are better, and bullet drop is actully a thing now. performance is okay could be better but do you really need 300 fps? 120 is more than good enough

Agreed. Bring back CS:GO, the whole community would be happy. There are even PROS that are unhappy with cs2. They are two different games. CS2 looks like any other FPS now. #BRINGBACKGO

I understand what you mean, the only problem is that its not the same game anymore. Major things like tickrate is completely different, changing the feel of the gameplay completely.

120 fps is obviously not good enough, I have a 144hz monitor and around 180fps in game. Still the game feels very stuttery and laggy from time to time. The whole concept of CSGO, being an extremely smooth and accurate fps game is now ruined. CS2 is like any other fps game now, trash. Focusing more on nice looking graphics than an accurate and competetive game. I sincerly hope that we will get some major updates as soon as possible, because right now the game is barely playable.
