I did level up in cs2 but didint get any drop ?

You get your drop once per week after leveling up (resets at wednesday). You also need prime to claim that drop.

i already bought the game ages ago. im sure its been resetted as well. i think i did get only 1 crate and sticker this week.

Then you already got your weekly drop...it did not reset with CS2 release...

You can allso check by going to your inventory > 3 dots upper right corner > inventory history

You can think that as long as you want. Its not true.
In CSGO you got 1 case + 1 spray or skin for your first lvl up.
In CS2 you get the same. Only difference is you can choose 2 from a selection of 4 random things in the menu.

CSGO's system was better because you can get 2 sometimes 3 case in a week ( i dont talk about sprays they are cheap).
but now you can get just 1 case in a week , there is no more gift if you level up again :/

I read that the first reward (2 from 4 random things) is given for the first level up, the second reward (crate) for just playing for 3-4 hours, once a week. Along with premium. This is true?
