Cs1.6/Source are the only real updates that maintained the "Counter Strike" gameplay description.

but even back then they started back porting source 2 stuff to GO
all valve maps made post 2015 were made in source 2 then back ported to source 1
panorama ui was a source 2 thing back ported to source 1
when csgo changed its audio engine in like 2016 or 17 it was back ported from source 2
half life alyx just pushed the dev team over the edge.
they called all hands on deck in like 2018 to get alyx finished and out the door,
after the CS devs got back from that they went
"you know source 1 kinda sucks to work with now, lets just remake CSGO from scratch in source 2 and release it as an update before we end up in another tf2 situation"
Then they kinda kept adding new things so they decided to call it counter strike 2 and just roll with it for the next 10 years as its now more than just an update to global offensive,
it wasnt until 2022 that csgo source 2 ended up being called cs2 internally,
Does it happen to you too, friends? Or do I have a individual problem?
Also, it's been a long time since the game was released. There was neither an operation nor a new case. Where are the innovations?

Then i want the old weapon system and movement penalty back !
1. No more movement penalty on regular hits, only from nades and heavy weapons !
2. all weapons that has been nerfed over the years sins 1999 will get the original accuracy, firerate and damage back = Watch out your feets allso or you might die by a awp shot in the feets !
3. Quick switch between weapons will be close instant if your weapon got bullets in the chamber and magasin and you will be able to fire it instant, if you shoot to early you will hit the legs !
4. More maps and content will be created and a cooperative team pve game mode will part of the game, perhaps open world gameplay like seen in ubisofts Ghost recon - Wildlands & breaking point i like that game, but i want to make it more like a city focused, with street lights and such, similar to GTA but with the athmos as you seen in the game SWAT !
All set in a great game engine like uhhm idk unreal 5.3 or some or similar a game engine that can deliver the realism without sacrifice to much performance on the systems for it !§
weather like -> thunder, rain, snow, moist and such will become a part of the game aswell !
Yeah i think that would bring the counterstrike genre up to date if the game developer went that way instead !
But that is just me as a gamer and what i want to play, could be cool with missions and such, maybe some pusles that we need to solve as a team, perhaps find clues to where the bomb is planted and such ?

Interesting ideas. I would like to tell you that my friend, if these opinions will be heard by Valve, game would be upgrade itself for the future. Especially, I would like to point out that discovering the bomb position and open world ideas are adorable!
