It's a 10105f, and it's certainly not a limiting factor due to the fact the game runs smoothly after caching shaders. You're not the first person to tell me that maybe the i3 is an issue, and I'm honestly baffled by this because it implies that the i3 is like a Pentium or something, when it's pretty much comparable to an older gen i7 in most technical aspects.
Even then, this shouldn't be an issue on a game running on an engine that's already a decade old and that asks for a first gen i5 as minimum requirements, and in any case the game would never be capable of running at 150+ FPS if it was a CPU issue.
Pretty sure it's running on DX11.

12 would be way to intensive for a competitive game, 12 is way to harsh on performance even on singleplayer games let alone csgo
