My game looks really really different from csgo is there way to make it less orange and bright ?

It's the game engine. You can't change it.

Made few changes looks a bit better still not close to csgo.

I think you can still use reshade unless it's not allowed on ranked? (Honestly don't know.)

You changed Gamma and player contrast settings?

You can also change it in monitor settings.

Changed all video settings.
Went to low , player contrast on , 4x msaa
