Bad FPS with R5 3600 + RTX 3070 + 16gb 3200mhz

i've playing csgo with 300fps average but in cs2 no matter wich resolution or wich quality i play the fps is the same.
Playing DM is about 100-130 and playing MM 140-200
The Cpu usage is about 30-40% maximum and GPU 20-30%, if i put low quality or high the fps is the same

You get worse fps than me? and im only on a 2060 6GB. I get around 130-250 fps in DM

Your cpu is probably too low and can not handle full potential of the rtx 3070. If this is a point in cs2 or not, idk but it's a general bottleneck.

i've tryied a lot of thing and nothing helped, unpark cpu, reinstaling graphic drivers, etc. it dont make sense

i've seen a lot of benchmarks and its not bottleneck, the performance change is too little when using a 5600x with the 3070

Same Problem.
The 3600 is just the bottleneck in this case.
Graphic settings doesn't matter.
1280x960 (low) til 2560x1440 (max) settings give me always between 170 and 250 fps.
Cheapest solution is upgrading to a 5900x CPU (ebay).
Otherwise you need a new system.
