This game is ♥♥♥♥ rn and losing reputation. People are straight quitting as a result of this.
it you find someone doing this just disconnect they will get the ban for constant suicide
Faceit didn't have friendly fire because of the community and griefing - both people who run to your molly and those who throw nades to mates. If you'd notice, Faceit added back molotov damage to teammates for the same reason, since everyone with half a brain understood they could exploit rushes with that.
Friendly fire is a part of the game and it's a part of the realism they intended to reproduce. It's not their fault you're too bad throwing nades or don't know when not to. I had a friend that got banned 7 days every week for ~6 months until he quit CS. The only reason was he didn't know how to throw nades, but didn't know how to not throw them either. Every fxcking game, every week, he managed to kill 3 teammates with accidental nades for ~6 months. That's insane.
You can't get griefed unless you want to.
1. If people are TK'ing you, they'll get kicked when they either pop you 3 times or do it too early in the round - sometimes a little push is deserved aka standing on their molly.
2. If people are running to your mollies, you're the one who has to be aware of the game you're playing. You get warned for the TK, you see the damage you did, you see your mate in radar / through wall taking a caca on your molotov. All you need to do is be smart. If you throw a molly and see some ass running happily to it, don't do it again.
3. Don't join 4-man lobbies, specially if they're Spanish or from any other country you know is kind of toxic in general towards your population. I'm portuguese, so I often get invited by spanish 4-man only so they can kick me somewhere mid-game.
4. I don't think there's a need to even say that trigger discipline is a personal skill - as I also don't think that's your problem / concern.
