how to import settings from GO?

My settings carried over automatically including input & video options that were set before. It even kept the custom crosshair I made from a workshop map like 10 years ago. Actually impressed how smoothly the transition went all things considered. I just miss my rare achievements :(

i had bind for changing hand b hop and lots of other binds and they still didnt transfer
