when i installed cs2 i started facing this problem my dx version is 12 Help! if you have solution drop down

yes but it worked nice in csgo
i was getting 70-150fps and my dx version is 12

well thats your problem
you got away with that in csgo because it barely uses gpus
cs2 needs a nice dedicated gpu.
while intel may say it supports up to dx11 in reality its half baked at best and is realky there just to provide a video output.
so when cs2 comes along and needs an actual gpu it crashes cause you don't really have one

Well, you don’t have a gpu, but yes you need one and probably a stronger power supply

I was getting the same issue and found that my new Wireless USB dongle caused the issue. Removing the adapter solved it. Try unplug any non-essential USB devices
