CS Overwatch Ban

I was woke up checking my library to check CS 2 update on my steam library. Then I got notification that I get game banned. After I contact the support. They provided me information that I accussed for "using external software to gain aim, vision, or any other unfair advantage" in overwatch. I've never cheating in this game and I'm not even play well. Is there any way to appeal this "false accussation" ban? This is my main steam account and I only play CS in this account

I don't know if this related with any trust factor or something like that. I was got low trust factor because I abandon the game once in CS2 limited test.

I abandon the match because I got issues with CS2 14 September patch that makes my game crashed almost every round after I leaving the spawn area (Im sure some of you guys know/affected by this issue). That's the only time I abandon the match. I never do any abandon match in CSGO.

if you have used some of these new yaw command exploits, many become banned for them as these indeed grant unfair advantage as insta 180° turn etc..

after seing anomaly's video talking about a command that you can use in cs2 could get you ban i guess cs2 anti cheat system is a bit janky, cant say anything about this one though cause this one was a ow ban

This isnt the first i have heard of this. one of my friends got a ban on day one for comms abuse yet the game just released (maybe he is toxic when not playing with me and CSGo rolls over)

Just contact support and maybe go on leetify to grab you previous records to use it as evidence to your level of play.

I've never do any commands like that other than showing my net graph and fps counter. Even on Limited Test. i'm also first time heard of this

its your own fault valve banned you by their mistake
its yor fault they done wrong job
how much you lost 10k ? dosnt matter for valve they just want 15$ prime

so many stupid people here i mean i can understand theres a lot of cheaters saying im not cheating but as u can see more more reports coming in people getting banned for no reason ... and in the past we know there are some problems with false bans so just hope and pray they fix it i want my account back
