CS2 poor performance

I'm having trouble with performance in CS2 with my computer:
Intel Core i5-11400h
RTX 3050 4GB laptop
16GB RAM
the game run poorly at 100fps 1280x960 low, sometime it drop below 80 and unstable. The game doesn't using all of my PC power. CPU just around 70-80% and GPU is just 40%.
I have plugged my laptop in, use high perf mode, disable battery saver, set CS2 at high priority and it's still not maxing out my GPU.

The game has serious optimization problems, I play at 60fps but they drop to 50-45 every time people pile up in one place shooting

Low ram, try turning off hyper threading in bios, try optimizing your pc

mine has the same spec but run with 40 fps all low. Dont know why

have u tried to check your RAM frequency? simply open the bios setting then u will see RAM frequency, and set to the highest frequency possible. it help me with fps sudden drop, but i am using PC, not laptop. hope it'll work

I also play 1280x960 with a 3050ti 4g laptop,all Low
If you change in Nvidia Control panel the setting Quality to Best Performance,you won't notice the quality in CS but will give you more FPS,
You can use "Quick CPU" to Unpark your cores also,i bought a new gaming laptop for CS2 a year ago,and can't run it properly smooth (i7 12700h,16 Ram,SSD)

I can't believe your comps are running at that fps, im happy even with 30 or 35, i just want a clear picture. Not the highest fps.
