How to revert back to csgo

Is there an actual way? or is this piece of utter garbage forced on us now?
If it is, please let me know how to get console damage on, how to get old HUD back on, and how to fix chat for non-latin alphabet

Cs GO no longer exists. It has been updated with CS 2 and that is what you will have to play.

Console (damage to players) was removed because it gave information that should not be obtainable in a realistic setting.

usually i'm an avid fan of preserving and working on older titles. but csgo was a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fatigued wobbling horse ready to fall down and implode. CS2 is good for its future longevity. source 2 means easier coding and probably some more stretching ground for future source 2 titles on a more regular platform then VR. sure i guess you could argue to keep community servers going and that is true. but what is done is done. i do not miss 95% of csgo.

The only way is to play non-Steam build (there are only community servers).

just go get the demo viewer of csgo from steam
its the same csgo that was availble right before cs2 came out

ok that is good to know, but do I have to go through beta builds? because for other games I had to "disable" updates (which were not 100% disabled due to auto updates)

I am not sure you can play community servers with beta demo viewer version.
But you can test it yourself.

RMB on CS2 in Library > Properties > Beta-version > Beta-test > switch "None" to "csgo_demo_viewer"

Through the Beta options you will be able to return up to the 2013 version
