Counter-Strike 2 - Logo

Hey guys,

So I've updated CS: GO to CS 2 yet it still has the old CS: GO icon on my desktop?

Will this be fixed?

they haven't updated the logos yet

they updated the desktop icon but i cant change the icon in steam library
i still have the old logo in my steam library
its okay in my laptop it has new logo
but its still have old csgo logo in my desktop
how can i fix that

I have the old logo in my steam librasry as well. I've seen some other people say that they have the old logo also so I assume Valve just hasn't updated the logos yet so I guess just wait.

edit: Once the logo has updated, delete the shortcut on your desktop. Then right click the logo on your steam library and create desktop shortcut.

Tried it, still has the old CS: GO desktop icon.

thanks for the help, after clearing the cache the icon in steem changed, but if you create a desktop shortcut it's just empty

Such a basic thing, it's weird Valve haven't fixed it yet.

Yeah the desktop shortcut doesn't work even for me

Right click on icon on desktop -> properties -> change icon -> browse

Go to your steam folder "\\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\game\csgo\resource" and select game-icon.bmp (check that all files are visible).

Its something but better then nothing
