I'am pretty sure it's not a new game it's a new engine and why should I get used to it it's not even good it's frustrating

it's more than just an engine swap
all the underlying stuff has been either rewritten from scratch or touched up or straight up removed.
CS2 is quite literally just a new game presented as a csgo update

There is no reason to limit the inventory to an extremely limited number of guns pre-match. This will literally guarantee that a chunk of the guns are never seen in competitive matches anymore. No one is going to give up an important limited slot to bring bottom tier weapons.

Although those weapons did have their moments as random buys in random moments where a situation called for it. Welcome to a new homogenized CS where everyone has basically the same loadouts because the limited slots forces everyone to only bring the highest tier weapons and leave everything else in the bin to rot.

Further, why in the hell is the loadout even on during Casual and Deathmatch?!?! There is absolutely no reason to lock access to all of the weapons during casual and deathmatch. This is just dumb. This is not CS. The whole point of CS is having access to all of the weapons and tools at the start of each round so your team can come up with the best idea at that moment to throw at the enemy team.

This distills CS down to only ever using the same 15 weapons and never anything else.

in csgo you could not have every weapon in the game at the same available in the first place
could only have m4a1-s or m4a4
mp5 or mp7
deag or R8
five seven and tec or cz
the new system address this and also allows for room to experiment with new weapons
say T's get a new rifle to go along with the ak
now you would not have to sacrifice the ak for it and could have both the swap between in a match
CT's can take both m4s in place of a rarely used weapon like the aug or autosniper
don't use the awp? then take other guns
I think it serves to allow the meta to be mixed up while also preventing cluttering or confusion when we start to get new weapons.

The weapon choice in GO was also bad and totally unnecessary but it still allowed way more flexibility than this. This is so restrictive that it doesn't matter how many guns they add to the game. If the guns are good, then everyone is going to take the new, better guns and leave everything else behind.

This system will create a stale meta where everyone brings the same (best) weapons to every match due to limited slots. So yeah, you get to keep your AK and also bring the next best weapon instead of swapping it out. Or take both M4s if you want. But that's exactly why the system is broken too.

No one is going to bring MAG-7, Negev, M249, Bizon, etc. Or to your examples, the CZ, R8 and MP7 will also all become inventory bin fodder that no one ever uses now. As they are demonstrably worse weapon choices most of the time. The Mid-Tier 5 slot limitation including all of the SMGs, Shottys and MGs is freaking ridiculous. It's forcing you to leave behind, like 6 guns from those 3 categories. That's like 1/3 of the freaking game in weapons right there.

So now everyone will just be a copy+paste loadout clone of each other because in CS, there are weapons that are objectively better 99% of the time. The guns in this game are not even remotely balanced enough to warrant having such a restricted loadout chosen ahead of time.

Then to further apply that garbage restriction to free modes like Deathmatch and Casual is just absurd and idiotic. Serves no purpose. Does not improve the gameplay. Game features should only exist if they somehow improve the gameplay.

All weapons should be available at all times to purchase from the Buy Menu. There isn't a single reason to restrict weapons purchases in CS. The guns and the situations in which a team chooses to use those different guns is literally what ****ing makes CS, CS.

Thats kinda what they did. You were never able to have all guns as an option.
