CS2 community servers MODS

Don't forget that COUNTER-STRIKE is BASED on community servers too
So, in the near future think about moded servers like surf, zombie, ect, we want to make mods. <3

If sourcemod doesn't get implemented into CS 2 somehow, then valve killed all community server that rely on plugins.

I'm sure they will release something again but CS2 was just released. Not everything goes perfect on the first day. Just wait for a bit. C:

not necessarily sourcemod but something better (is cs2), i want to be able to create even better mods than old cs. <3

it's actually in the works, but nowhere near ready for a release:

I think it builds on an earlier effort to mod Half-Life: Alyx which apparently was Source2-based?

PS: Presumably, most existing custom SourceMod plugins will not work with Source2Mod because they may need to be re-coded for Source2. But if / when Source2Mod get's released, it will probably have basic built-in SourceMod stuff (basic server admin, voting, etc.).

This area in Github is tracking what they think so-far is involved in getting it working for Source2 (CS2 effectively) ...
