True, but it can't make PCs from 2006 to run a game from 2020s
Especially as some of these people bought it and now it's been snatched away and replaced with something they didn't want and can't even play. They even deleted everyone's achievements which suck as what's the point of having them if they just get blanked at random? There's no memories any more then.
CSGO 2 should have been a new store page same as when they moved from CS Source to CSGO.
They should at the very least have CSGO 1 on its own page for those who want to keep playing it, those with low hardware who can only play that but not 2 and those curious to try it in years to come. Community server only would be fine, just like with other legacy games that people enjoy and a ton of other non-valve games.
but seriously... that ancient pc needs to be replaced/upgraded. how does anyone except a 10+ year old pc to run new games? come one, common sense... smh
I didn't say it was. I just stated that the source engine (CS:GO) is over 20 years old now. CS 2 runs on a source 2.
