Fullscreen Exclusive is obsolete

Counter-Strike 2 uses DXGI Flip by default, as such the game will perform just as well in Borderless Window as it would in Fullscreen Exclusive and as such unless you need to change what refresh rate the game's using you can just leave it at Fullscreen Windowed.

yea but i want to run the game at non native res blud and i dont think windowed can do such

That's what FSR's for. (will probably look better as well vs selecting a lower resolution tbh)
