CS2 Missing Executable for MacOS

Is anyone else who plays on MacOS getting the missing executable error when trying to run CS2?
It looks like it's incorrectly looking for a `cs2.exe` file which is obviously not compatible with MacOS

EDIT: It looks like there's no current support for Macs. If you go to the CS2 store page, you'll notice that there's no Apple icon and no "MacOS" system requirements signifying that the game is not yet supported for Macs. I've reached out to Steam support asking if CS2 will support MacOS and will update this thread when or if I get a response.

EDIT 2: I have received a reply from Steam Support. Apparently they have no information regarding future updates to CS2. It seems they are keeping quiet about whether they plan on supporting MacOS or not.

The forced download on Mac OS when the game doesn't even work on Mac OS is really bad.

I am furious they launched CS2 w/o Mac OS support. When will this be resolved (if ever)?!?

unbelievable to leave mac os users without the game, while we spend so much money on their skins etc. TOTAL refund of every purchase should be the only option. I just cant believe they replaced GO with a game i can download but NOT be able to launch. With support not answering at all and without any info from anywhere.

No binaries are available for macOS, you can search the game files and you'll notice there is no binary at all. Either they forgot to build it to both Intel and Apple Silicon or they dropped support for macOS.

It's likely they didn't wanted to launch macOS at the same time as Win/Linux but since all players were forced to delete the old CS:GO... they did this, a broken download.
