CS2 Item Workshop "Stall Detected"

Trying to finish off a skin but i keep getting a "Stall Detected" every time i try to inspect it.

Was working fine yesterday and i haven't touched anything yet,

Any ideas what could be wrong?

Tried:
reinstalling game + Workshop Tools
cleaning/resetting workshop files
restarting PC

Still weird things happens. My viewport just don't exist. I can only compile my already modeled map

Where do I find the CS2CFG exe? I'm trying to run a hammer map with AMD CPU and GPU and it stalls as well.

I had this problem as well- Solved it by running the cfg.exe as admin

Edit: Have found the csgocfg.exe For anybody looking for it:
(Browse local game files -->)game/bin/win64

Maybe it was an install error or the person writing about the cs2cfg miswrote but for me it still says csgocfg.exe. But it does load the new Workshop Item Editor for CS2.
