RTX 3050 120 FPS on CSGO

I have an RTX 3050, 16 RAM, AMD Ryzen 5 4500 6-Core, and in CSGO it only gets 130/150 fps, I've tried everything, normally in YouTube videos it gets 300/400 fps, I'm very unmotivated by the fact that I've worked a lot to buy this PC and not get the expected results

Something is not right. Check if you have forced Vsync on in Nvidia ctrl panel/CS:GO settings.

you have rtx 3050 and you are surprised you don't have high fps? ok...

^if stuck at 120 fps maybe its stuck on your screens refresh rate (120 hertz)
If you disable vsync ingame and in your GPU software the fps should be unlocked to go higher and to be sure you can type in the console of csgo or cs2 "fps_max 0" to not framelock your fps on a certain number.

Yes, if you stare at the wall in an empty server. Try to play cache or nuke while there's 10 players having a firefight in an area with 5 smokes. When you check your framerate it's within double digits.
