crosshair overlay?

Can i get banned for using a crosshair overlay on csgo? Like a well known, popular crosshair app?

I dont know what crosshair app you mean. It heavly depends on the app. You dont get banned for using the notice function in the steam overlay to draw a dot in the middle, or for using a marker on your monitor.

But you can get banned for using some intrusive fishy app

in rust its allowed.

valve wont have statements on that stuff for sure.
in rust the argument was, that u can just draw a dot on your screen to have same effect.
thats a question since og cs xD.
u might just wanna do that xD

or , just peek better with awp.
u not supposed to walk zoom kinda.
most of the time id just zoom the millisec before i counterstep the peek and not walk around zoomed.

Valve is creating so many unfair matches themself. Getting any advantage from outside seems to be needed for new player

seems like you have a guilty conscience. I have 1000 hours in this game, i do not need to cheat
