LOW FPS ON MY RTX 4090

i recently buy an RTX 4090 and i see my fps not boosted is still 200 on low setting .
Here is My Configuration
CPU Ryzen 7 2700X
GPU RTX 4090
PSU 1000Watt
RAM 16GB DDR4
MONITOR 24Inch 165 Hz(1929*1080)
If u Guys know What i am missing please help me

the bios version/mainboard speccs probably cant handle the rtx 4090

Get a better more modern CPU, faster RAM also helps. Make sure your motherboard supports it and that it has enough performance to deal with such a fast GPU,

I am not claiming to be an expert (allthough quite experienced, since I had my fist computer in 1983), but a 5 year old CPU / Motherboard / RAM with a flagship 2023 ultra fast gpu, is just not optimal.

I have Ryzen 5800x, RTX 4070Ti and also have low FPS. Minimum settings at 1920x1080. 250 FPS at peak. Drops to 150. On the DM server 100-140 FPS. It's very hard provided that I have a 280 Hz monitor. CS:GO had 400 FPS+

CS2 uses only 4 cores cause its trash game.

Buy cpu, u have for 130 usd on aliexpress 5700x3d, if not upgrade to am5 and get 7800x3d

thats a cpu problem , no way in hell 4090 only doing low 200s on 1080p .... a rtx2080 can do more if it ran with a decent cpu ... game is cpu heavy ... i can help u minimize this a little until u buy a better cpu ... u need to use a .bat file that will force ur GPU clock speeds to max .. and try to play around with -threads launch argument ... "-threads number of cpu threads +/- 2 .... so if ur cpu has 16 threads u can try to do -threads 18 that will potentially force the game to use more of the CPU .. but if the game became unstable try to use a lower value ... also if ur CPU has Ecores u need to turn them off or check if the game new added settings can let u turn them off ingame ..p.s u will find this gpu bat file in google just search for disable dynamic p-state gpu reg edit ... and test it out ..
