Trade hack through API

Good day, steam community, yesterday at night time I made trade to my friend all my skins, but after confirmation accounts has been changed and all items got to new other account.
Can I do something with that? And can I recall my skins?

Steam support no any reaction on my discussion. All trades can be hacked through API keys, and if steam all the time talking that theme system is fully protected, why is it possible?

You didn't trade them to your friend. It's an old scam method.

It was changed not after confirmation, but before it. That's why confirmation even exists, so you can check receiver, when you confirming trades, and not just confirming it with closed eyes. So now your skins are gone, and you can't get them back.

Yes, but what can I do? All my skins on 0 lvl account with items ban for 1 week. Is there no question from steam why 0 lvl account get skins on 300$?

1. Change your password
2. Go there, and "Log-out from all devices".
3. Go there, and remove API KEY if one exists

You can report him, and hoping, that he gets a ban in a week, before he could sell and withdraw your skins. But there is no chance, you could get your items back.

Report him to steam, and provide as much information as you can. Scammers don't get banned because the scam victims very rarely report them, and instead spam their profiles, which does nothing. Like most other steam support issues, they'll only contact you if he gets banned, or they need more information. Steam doesn't restore skins.

Also put in some time and report him to places like steam reps, so he can't scam anyone else.

No, you were API scammed and Steam support doesn't return skins. Like coda has said you can only report the person and hope they get trade banned before they can profit off of your skins.
