AZERTY keyboard keeps changing to QWERTY mid game

I have 2 languages i use english AZERTY and my keybind are maped to it
when ever i launch CS2 it creates new one "English QWERTY" and switch to it mid game making my keybinds wrong , i can't even quick switch back using "ALT+SHIFT" for some reason

alt+shift combo changes keyboard language.
gaming stuff can disable the altshift combo.
otherwise, just press it again.
using the ones on the left side. never tried alt shift on the right side. xd.

same issue here, it's a game glitch I guess, but nobody talks about it! plenty if times it did it mid action and I saw strafing to the left without touching any keys ffs

In Windows,
Option A- disable the shortcut, Go on Windows Settings -> Devices -> Typing -> Advanced Keyboard Settings -> Input Language Hot Keys. On the Advanced Key Settings, click Change Key Sequence. Set either one you choose to Not Assigned.
Option B- Go on Windows Settings -> Language settings, On preferred languages delete the additional languages, leaving only 1
