Low FPS on CS2 with i5-11400F - RTX 3060Ti - 16Gb RAM (~100 fps)

Hey guys,
Currently have a problem with CS2, I can't manage to have decent FPS despite the fact I have good specs (from 60 to 110 fps). Even playing in Ultra or Low is the same thing. Same for low resolution.
I'm playing on 144Hz so the game is laggy af.

I can't find a solution and tried lot of things:
- change every NVIDIA settings (low latency, reflex, high perf etc...)
- activate/desactivate game mode g-sync or v-sync
- change every CS2 video settings (high to low, one by one)
- activate/desactivate game mode
- activate/desactivate high perf on windows (power)
- run as admin
- put XMP on BIOS (RAM)
- download new drivers for GPU / complete remove the others
- disabled full screen optimization
- install/uninstall properly CS2
- verify cache integrity
- put high priority for CS2
- put high perf for CS2

Anyone of you have experienced this issue yet ? Any solution find ?

the game is bottlenecking your hardware . it's not optimised for all systems, bro. just check your CPU and GPU usage in-game and you'll see you have below 50% , just like me. and if you change the graphic settings , fps is the same.. many ppl already reported this issue .. this garbage game is optimised only for some systems . the rest of us need to buy another gaming PC , sadly , or wait for them to further optimise the game for all of us.

bro , I've made a post about performance fixes , you should check it. just enable core parking , your cpu is bottlenecking your gpu (cpu is too weak for your graphics card). you can get an extra 30 to 50 fps if you enable core parking , and no more stutters by reducing the load from the CPU. don't expect huge fps increase , as your cpu is not powerful enough to provide 300 fps or more on casual servers...

Well, i have a i5 9600 and i do not get below 120 fps, things on medium whit a 2060 gtx.
offcourse, i capped the fps to 120.

I am facing the same issue.
I have an i5-12400f with rtx 3060ti and 16gb ram but the fps on 1080p ultra settings goes upto around 120 fps only

Yeah my specs are similar on my laptop, definitely don't have "lagginess" though beyond what subtick affords my middling inconsistent framerate and ISP. Heres my guide with some suggestions beyond what you've mentioned, bud.

Same RAM, your CPU is about 15% worse than mine, probably because of the cores, but your GPU is a little better, I'm on a laptop. I usually stay above 90FPS, and can float around overpass at a smooth 144FPS.

I'm sitting at 13K in Premier with my suboptimal setup, also probably suffering from playing on a 16" screen that's far from my face so.

Using the wrong Nvidia driver can lead to stutters, and on our constrained setups, misbehaving background processes screw things up too.

Could be Nvidia Problem and not CS2, but I don't know.
