Low FPS on CS2 with i5-11400F - RTX 3060Ti - 16Gb RAM (~100 fps)

Hey guys,
Currently have a problem with CS2, I can't manage to have decent FPS despite the fact I have good specs (from 60 to 110 fps). Even playing in Ultra or Low is the same thing. Same for low resolution.
I'm playing on 144Hz so the game is laggy af.

I can't find a solution and tried lot of things:
- change every NVIDIA settings (low latency, reflex, high perf etc...)
- activate/desactivate game mode g-sync or v-sync
- change every CS2 video settings (high to low, one by one)
- activate/desactivate game mode
- activate/desactivate high perf on windows (power)
- run as admin
- put XMP on BIOS (RAM)
- download new drivers for GPU / complete remove the others
- disabled full screen optimization
- install/uninstall properly CS2
- verify cache integrity
- put high priority for CS2
- put high perf for CS2

Anyone of you have experienced this issue yet ? Any solution find ?

Try tu put -high and -threads x (yournumber of threads) in start up options. Something is weird. On similar spec I have FPS capped at 250 without drops

Have you tried without ANY launch options?

Up^, try also to default any option in the game, Nvidia control panel and priorities in Windows.

I have the exact same parts lol
I capped it to 200fps runs OK some drops to 140ish here and there (depends on map mostly) so no idea bro. If it's a recent issue try older drivers

Same , so for myself i tried to reinstal windows and update every thing in task manager , as i heard you have a nvidia GPU , you should update it drivers , let me know if it helped .

Try bios updates, any updates for chipset, Intel hardware etc
