premier mode is locked

it said i need to reach lvl 10 to be able to join a premier matches but the exp is reduced so every win i get 1% this is lame it will take me a life time to reach level 10 valve wtf is this ???

The game is 10 years old. And yes, I'm counting CS2 as GO because it's a port and the system is jointed.
It'd be unfair for a guy that has played forever for new accounts to have such an easy time. Most players, or at least quite a few, had to do a lot more before than you do now.
You're lucky it's only level 10, as it used to be 21, if I'm not mistaken.

it's to stop fresh accounts from being able to jump straight into premier. helps to lessen the cheating and smurfing problem.
As for the exp gain being reduced that happens regardless of level every week and to every player. At some point if your grinding your gain will slow to a crawl until weekly reset.

Good. There is a reason for that. Just play the game normaly and learn the maps before getting to level 10
