Can't launch the game anymore
I updated all the drivers/Windows, checked the files, reinstalled the game, reboot PC, and when I launch it tries for 2 seconds, and crashes. It was working about 5 days ago when I launched it, and now it's a mess. Valve, you're going to have to sort your ♥♥♥♥ out ASAP, because it's starting to really piss me off.

UPDATE : Windows reinstalled cleanly with all the programs, BIOS updated, GPU drivers updated, hardware is OK, and issue only happened with CS2.

Config :
CPU : Intel i7 13000K + Noctua NH-D15
GPU : NVidia GTX 1660 Super
RAM : Kingston Fury Beast 64Go DDR5 5600Mhz
MoBo : MSI Z690 Carbon Wifi
SSD : Samsung 980 Pro 1To
Power Supply : BeQuiet Dark Power 13 750W

Reboot your system and update your driver software, and disable your overclocks

Oh really? Man, you're saving me.... No, seriously dude, it's already done. Just have to read better next time.

I play CS since 2001, I know how it works, and here it doesn't work. For info, i upgraded my PC this year, I don't do any overclocking, just undervolting, so it's not a hardware issue either. But thanks for the advice.

Try a total bios reset and update
and fresh windows install
do not carry over any previous settings.
then you can start to enable things 1 by 1 and see whats causing it

Do you seriously think that I'm going to have fun format my PC (BIOS already up to date and functional) for a game that has been running poorly since its release, but which was working fine just a few days ago? Your answer is not really helpful my friend, sorry. If I have to play around with formatting my drives and reinstalling Windows every time there's a bug on a Steam game or any program, we're not out of the woods.

Well then how do you know it's not something on your end and not the game?
plenty of people have the similar setups and can play just fine.

so it points to something potentially being wrong on your end.
i just fixed it, had to reinstall windows and the game. don't install nvidia graphics driver

Open the Event Viewer "right click on Windows icon and select Event Viewer or use Windows Key + R and type in eventvwr.exe

From Event Viewer click on Windows Logs > Application then click on Find on the right hand pane and search for cs2.exe

Look for any errors to identify source issue.

Thanks mate, i just reinstalled Windows, and the problem still there. No log to display about CS2.exe, after BSOD.

I made a ticket to Steam, but no solution yet.

I think you need at least 3k nvidea series or higher to be able to play this game...

If you are getting a BSOD you will need to look in to the dump file. It is a bit of a cumbersome process, but here is a link. It might lead to you the root cause:

Not really, I am on a RTX 2060 Super, latest drivers paired with 32GB of system memory, i7-9700F @3ghz, and the game runs just fine.
