csgo LEM and cs2 silver elite

Cheating is everywhere in the game, and there is no punishment. CS is getting away from us.

Few things:
1. Personal stats didn't matter towards the ranking system in GO and very likely don't matter towards CS2. So your "good kd" means nothing
2. You are only faceit level 1 with a average kd so you were around silver level in GO already
3. You were only once LEM for one game 3 years ago and since you were tracking your games in 2018 you were hovering around between Gold nova up to LE ranks, you were most of the time around MG and your total KD is 0.96 so it's below average.
4. Your KD in CS2 is 0.94
(keep in mind that this is the public data, some things surely are missing but it gives us a good direction)

All in all you try to tell us(and yourself) that you were higher ranked in CSGO which you weren't really.

Just play the game. Have fun. The reason you may be in silver elite now and not in the rank you deserve (MG) is because the ranking system is new and needs tweaks as it was needed in CSGO between 2012 til 2017.

All these threads are wasted anyway. What are you guys doing? Just ranting for no reason.

If you want improvements you guys should gather high value data and write a well written email towards the feedback team from cs2 instead of creating non constructive rant threads without any value and a lot of false data.

Went from LEM to Silver in cs2. The pros like shroud and Tenz start at 10k elo. Whats happening right now is theres so many cheaters they are getting the good ranks and making legit good users look bad. ONce you hit around 10k elo youll start to notice more and more cheaters instantly.

That is a lot of delusion you've here.

First off all: You've more than 100 games played on faceit and are level 1. It doesn't matter how much time was between the matches. Other than in MM you did not lose ranking points. And faceit below level 4 is something you can carry 1v5 in nearly every game if you were LEM. "Leavers" are not an excuse. Stop making excuses in general. Look at the data. Lookt at objective information. And look at facts.

Second of all: Your screenshots are absolutely meaningless. This proves much much more than some specificly chosen screenshots:

That website is 100% accurate as long anyone automatically or manually uploaded the matches and throughout 5 years you were switching between many ranks but LEM was only once.

But at least I have to give you a point that not many CS2 matches are uploaded - since Valve disabled the demo system thus no data is uploaded on that page:

But all your stats aren't good at all. Again: Stats don't mean anything towards the rank anyway since it is a team based ranking system but it furthermore shows delusion that you absolutely overestimate yourself and you ignore actualy objective data on purpose.

Btw. that site is from turtle entertainment, so it is the only officially partnered website with valve. Turtle entertainment is the developer team which made the ESL and ESL is the most important partner from valve for CS.

And you ignored the part where I said that these threads are meaningless and the ranking system is new and obviously needs tweaking.

Where does it say I switch ranks? It shows my rank is dmg so i guess that the average .
But ive only been stuck in Nova first 1k hours.
So for you dmg is Silver in cs2? OK.

Are you actually not able to click on a tab called "matches" and scroll through the match history by yourself?

The ranks shown on the top right corner are:
- the highest rank you had (again, you were LEM only once a very short time)
- the rank you had in the last uploaded match

It is not the "average" rank and if anyone including you spend just 10 seconds scrolling through the matchhistory they - and you - would see that you were struggling throughout 5 years to keep any rank.

In 2023 alone you were ranked between MG1 til LE.
In 2022 you were MG1 til LE.
In 2021 you were MG2 til DMG.
In 2020 MGE til LEM.
In 2018 and 2019 you were GN3 til LE.

DMG is not your "average" rank, it is your peak average rank. Your average rank is ~MGE and again you barely could stand your ground and got negative stats in most games and have below average stats.

Beside that your Adr and entry success is also extremely bad. Your HS rate and 1v1 clutch is good.

So what this shows - again - is that you overestimate yourself rank- and skillwise. You barely get important frags and let others go in first which in a PUB system like premier, faceit and MM is the wrong playstyle to get better ranks.

At least i didnt go below mg . I actually had rank spikes because i switch from zowie and good headset to a 20€ pair of mouse and headset . I only play for fun not for rank.
I also i still think i deserve better rank than silver elite in cs2 and its just today that i got the rank. I will try my best to reach mg+ if cs2 is really like csgo.

As I said the ranking system in CS2 is still not working as it should. This is the moment where you should stop looking for comforation how skilled you are throughout the rank but ignore it completely and check out your demos and look what you can make better. This is what people should do anyway. Ranks are just a way to try to show casual player who lack the knowledge how to measure their skill based on their gameplay by showing them a rank. And when the rank system is still in beta phase of course it doesn't display your actual skill. You didn't get worse in CS2. It's just the ranking system beeing broken.

I hear more bad things about premier than about mm. In oremier people seem to win 100 points for a win but lose 400-500 points for a loss which obviously is really bad.

In general people should completely ignore the points and ranks and play for fun and improvement. I don't know why many casual player keed a goal which is a rank. Guys. The path is the goal. Not the rank/endresult.

That's a good point. Maybe that's the case. Sadly I don't have enough data/own experience yet to come up with a definitive understanding and explanation of the ranking system.
