Lost 1000 mmr second time for Abondonment even tho the game itself didnt let me reconnect

I lost 1000 mmr which i worked all week to gain just because i didnt connect in a game which we were winning 9-3 (i was top fragging) my router closed by mistake and when i reopened it didnt show the option to reconnect. Its clearly the games fault a game which i have spent time and money on how do i ask valve to compensate me ?

dont worry valve dont understand that punishing people for having a real life is bad.
if u leave u lose 1000 thats it, dosent matter if ur mom is dying or what nut. they want u to play so they punish u for it. it happend to me like 6 times granted 3 was just to see if it kept doing it. but it does. what it should do was give the loss penalty instead but they want u to play and spend money so they punish u for having a life or for having problems in real life such as router. but dont worry, when u get the 1000- the first win will be 322 and so wil the next so its fast getting back up. just stupid to punish people like that

This bug. hahahahaha u havent played cs2 alot i see :). its nothing but buggs hehehe. and this is one of the least importnet. maybe fixing the gameplay first? okay my bad i took it to far but how can i not with this comment. sure they need to fix this bug, but cs2 is only bug so how to fix it? :) have u ever heard a real gun fire? the sounds are way closer on csgo than in this. an ak sounding like its got a muffler on it. haha ♥♥♥♥ sound but hey we get what we get. just pls valve take away that second squik on the bomb.

this have become a game where u either go ♥♥♥♥ irl and grind hard or just play a match here and there to finally come to the conclusion that its to broken to be fun. its sad and i RLY HOPE THEY FIX IT. i ben playing it since first release in half life. and this forcing people to play, its bad rly bad for the pocket, u make money from people continuing to play and spend money, if they dont rly find the game that interesting u will end up with a dead game. and thats the way they are heading, hardcore players wont see it cause they dont see the problem the new players run into. but its going down down down unless they rly start focus on its a game and should be treated as a game and the players should be treated as players. but they dont. sry to say

yes, but they got on a path where they are moving away from wanting ur money. if u punish people for having a life they wont play ur game so u wont make money, doing this shows that valve dont rly want ur money, if they did, they wouldent punish u for having a life, a life is where u make the money u spend on the games. its just stupid they cant see it anymore. they blind from something and i dont know what it is.
