-569 points on 4000 rating
Is there something wrong with a rating system? I just got -569 rating in one match. Interesting system anyway.

It happens when you have a big losing streak, but it works the other way too
If you have a long winning streak, you will get +600 points per win and -100 points per loss.

you need win atleast 4 strike when you have 6 or 7 lose back to back after you hit4k it will cost you -500 point per lose... and im sure your winrate will be under 40% ..
it happened to me too now im 45% and win or lose gives/cost me 120 till 200 points

Welcome to elo hell, where despite 4000 CS rating being the true floor, you can't progress because the system is flawed and you can stay at this level even if you have the same win percentage as someone who is several thousand points above you (even though the system is supposed to be based on winrate).

This is not true.

You can have a winstreak of five matches with a reward of +100 points each and then have one loss after and get a penalty of -500 points.

It worked for me exactly as I described.
I was alternating wins and losses for a long time until I started a series of three losses and they started taking 500 away from me.
I won the last two games and I don't know how things are going yet.

exactly, this is so weird. Yes, I have some loses over few last days, but having -569 rating at the end (or start) of the rating threshold is terrible.

It feels like the system wants us to win 10 matchs in a row before it unglitches itself.

I lost more than I won during the first 10 matches
I'm now in 6.5k elo winning 300 per match

It's not calculated only with winrate, maybe match impact

Match impact does ♥♥♥♥, what matters is win-streak and loss-streak but for some of us the loss and win-streak points multiplier is bugged.
