NOT OPTIMUM MODE
Hi ,
i was changing the video option for windown to full screen and it was by default at 150hz which my screen doesn't support so now its says not optimum mode and i cant accese to game setting so i can change it
any soultion ? how to fix it ? how to change the display setting to default before start
i cannt download the game again

Best way should be (not testet), disable cloud sync,
goto
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\<yoursteamid>\730\local\cfg
delete cs2_video.txt

start the game, set settings

re-enable cloud sync

also you could just edit the cs2_video.txt (with cloudsync disabled)
and change the refreshrate to a value your screen supports:
"setting.refreshrate_numerator" "144"
