CS Rating Qualifying Match Counter Not Working

I've been trying to get into comp CS but every match I win it says "Win 9 More Matches For Rank" or something along those lines. The wins I get won't go towards actually receiving a rank, and on my rank it constantly says "Win 10 More Matches"

Is this a known bug with CS2 or an issue on my end? I just want to get a rank

I dont have your problem, but I do have something the same: Always says to win 1 more. Waiting till fixes(

won 10 matched, had a losing streak too, but when i won 10 on dust, i got a rank on dust.
For the CS rank, it said win 10 more matched.
Won 10 more, rank does not show up only the rank for the map.
Go in and try and win a match on a different map, i win that one.
So in all have won 21 matched but no CS rank only a map rank.

Does someone know whats up whit that?.
Is it because i am hard to place? Got silver 2 but that feels really easy, am at silver 3 currently, do i need to play different maps to get cs ranl?
Read somewhere that you can only win 2 matched that count towards your cs rank a day to filter out smulfs but i don't know if that is true.

So update

Saw on a different tread that, competitive mode and premier mode are not the same.

Competitive you get a rank for the map.
Premier mode you get your cs rank.
That's why it says win 10 more games.
Haven't tried it yet but doesn't seem that you can chose map on premier mode.
