Got scammed on Dmarkeet

I really need help, I just got scammed by dmarkeet bot, they sent me trade offer and cancelled it and then resent one and they deny that they took my item, they said that I got scammed by someone else, they are so fake dude, now I dont know what to do, I bought that knife from my friend but I wanted to pay my gym fees so, I wanted to sell it somewhere, now I dont know what to do.
I just need help in fixing this because I sent steam support request but I dont know why they just closed my ticket.

Steam won't help you since this sounds like a 3rd party website. They are all scam.

You got API scammed. You will not get your items back but you can get the account banned if you do a proper report. Learn to be more careful and move on.

if it is really the Market bot that scammed you, the item should be in it's inventory and the inventory should be stacked with a lot of things. You can check this. It also should be listed on D market by tomorrow with a 7 day trade ban. If it is not found on D market then you have been API scammed.

Steam market is the ONLY 100% safe market for skins. Please beware all other markets many of them are scams and there is NO gaurantee your skins are safe unless you use the steam market!
