Red netgraph - issues with package loss, delays, animations cancel etc.
I have an issue with my connection in CS2 and I'm kinda clueless on what to do.
I have animation cancels, things sometimes happen with a delay and there are plenty of issues that make the game unplayable for me. With cq_netgraph 1, I can see plenty of red squares or green squares, but on a red-ish background.

Footage of an issue (although I've experienced much worse):

(connection test, steam overlay with 0 loss, comparison of a netgraphs, multiple rows - mine, single row - friend who has no issues)

Few facts:
  • I don't have such issues in CS:GO (even when the cs2 was already available)
  • I don't have connection issues in any other game
  • Every internet test looks fine (there is no packet loss)
  • Pinging websites through the CMD displays no packet loss
  • Steam overlay (with turned on CS2) displays no packet
  • Have ~300 Mbps Download / ~30Mbps Upload
  • A friend of mine (that has the same internet provider), made a test for me and he has no such issues
  • Even if the connection packages are green, they seem to stack on top of each other, like in a multiple rows (my friend who has no such issue, has only a single row of squares)
  • I have Windows 10 / AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 3.80 GHz / RTX 4070 / 32 GB RAM /
  • Connected through the Ethernet cable

Things that didn't help so far:
  • Reinstalling game / Verifying game files
  • Flushing DNS in cmd
  • Changing DNS to the custom one (8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4) for ipv4
  • Removing cache folder from the cs installation folder
  • Restarting router / Resetting router to the factory settings
  • Disabling Antivirus / Firewall
  • Adding cs2 as an exception in Antivirus/Firewall
  • Updating drivers for the network card
  • Changing priority of the CS2 process to the highest one
  • Bunch of other, less related things (like changing option of the NVIDIA Reflex or settings related to fullscreen mode, outside the CS2)

I can continue with a check, whether its something related to my internet or computer, but even with that single information I'm not really sure how to proceed with that.

I'm still having these exact issues as of February 2024. Did you find anything that helped?
