Report a translation problem
Then I did next things:
(powershell console)
1) sfc /scannow
It said everything is fine
2) DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
It restored some windows files
After that I played a match in fullscreen mode and 30 minutes in DM without any crashes.
But I managed to find workaround - disabling all other screens (and TV) connected to graphic card even if you don't use them in Windows. I updated original post with related info.
