[bugreport - workaround inside!] ALT + TAB is crashing whole Windows 11 OS

From time to time alt + tab from cs2 to browser is crashing whole OS (I could hear sounds from cs2 but keyboard and mouse does not response, it's not even possible to fire ctrl + alt + delete menu).

PC Specs:
Ryzen 7 3800x
32GB RAM
RTX 2070 Super
SSD: Samsung 980 Pro

For me it happens 2-3 times during a match, so I have to force Restart PC.
Running cs2 at minimum settings.

EDIT: Switched to Windowed mode: works fine as a temporary solution.
EDIT2: Windowed mode is not really helping, it just reduces number of crushes.

Updated to Win 11 23H2 AND I keep my TV physically off then I play (it's connected to my graphics card via cabel and I don't use it most of time, "PC Screen Only" in Windows). I decided to try playing with TV off after I recognized that restarting PC screen helps to unfreeze Windows.
One option or another helped
EDIT4: Physically disabling all the other screens except for primary helps. Even if you don't use them (Primary screen only in Windows). This is probably somehow connected to Win 11 alt-tab mechanism and/or hardware accelerated gpu scheduling

This happened already on CS GO, so I don't think Valve is going to fix this any soon

Everything was fine for me both in csgo and cs2 (everything was fine since 2012!*) before latest cs2 update (or maybe Nvidia driver update)

I have the same issue, i cant find any solution. Sometime it happens, sometimes not

Starting from yesterday I had this issue in both borderless and fullscreen modes with 90% chance (almost every alt tab resulted in a crush).
Then I did next things:
(powershell console)
1) sfc /scannow
It said everything is fine
2) DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
It restored some windows files

After that I played a match in fullscreen mode and 30 minutes in DM without any crashes.

My last post is not actually helped, it was just a coincidence.
But I managed to find workaround - disabling all other screens (and TV) connected to graphic card even if you don't use them in Windows. I updated original post with related info.

guys, i find method that fixed that. just type this in game launch settings -window -noborder
