you can also try renewing GPUs thermal paste, maybe it can't cool it down effectively now, here's a tutorial https://youtu.be/Rx-GIQj0BA0?si=DY5vbw94jlDuFCV5 also you can try reverting your overclock (that's if you overclocked)

I will try that probably but the thing is how can CS2 make my temps bump up that high despite playing on low except shader detail is high.
I am trying to wrap my head around this one.
I will try that. How do you get overlay of RivaTuner appear on CS2?
I know it wasn't working on csgo.
If it still doesn't show up, you can try monitoring the temps with other GPU intensive games like newer Assassin's Creed, Watch Dogs Legion, etc.
Restricting FPS to monitor's refresh rate will basically help, right?
I guess my GPU is not much of a performer in today's standard.
Thanks for helping out.
So far, reducing setting, capping frames and doing proper maintenance are the possible solutions for me.
I will keep these in mind.
First of all, do you use Nvidea experiance?
do you have the same problem with other games?
have you tempered with your gpu in bios already?
Did you already tempered on ANYTHING that might be the cause?
if you want help treat it like talking to your lawyer, if you did something tell us if you already tried something, tell us.
