When you are better then most players, lets say DMG and upwards, casual players tend to kick you most of the time because they simply cant comprehend the learning curve this game has.
CSGO isnt chat room, you use the chat for giving info to your team mates only.
1 mid, 2 on B one tagged 75, planting A...etc. too many people either do not give the right type of info or the just talk to much. No one wants to hear your rant over getting shot or complain to teammates or even boast about kills.
