Voice chat is not recorded unfortunately. For that you’d need a scrren recorder of your own.

The CSGO demo system doesn't record voicechat unfortunately. You could use OBS or something similar to capture recordings of gameplay if you really wanted to, but that's not very convenient and probably reduces FPS.

Honestly I really doubt it, and the reason I think that is that recording (good) audio is very "expensive" in terms of file size. The reason demos work so well is because they essentially just record gameplay inputs which is super lightweight.
