How rare is Diamond Coin Paris?

i got the Diamond Coin for Paris Major and people always say it is really rare.
Does anyone know how much % got the diamond one?

Well , I saw some accounts with diamond , but most of them had only 1 tournament participation .
It looks like those people used multiple accounts with different picks just to grab that diamond .
When we talking about people who participated in all tournaments literally all of them ended
up wit gold .(like me)

I have on my alt list of at least 5 people with diamond , so yeah it is rare , but previous tournament diamond is rare af .
