Queda de fps

Estou a ter um problema de desempenho , tenho um I5 10 geração , uma placa gráfica 1650ti, 16 gb ram e estou a ter quedas de fps dos 300 fps para 100 ou dos 200 para os 90 e com muito lag e travadas chatas constantemente. Se alguém me puder ajudar agradeço !

I already did, I already put the power mode at maximum performance and it's still the same
