As Moa and Valerie stated, Dust 2 is a straightforward map to learn, with easy smokes and flashes. There are tons of guides online or even workshop maps that can help you with learning these. Workshop creator Yesber has a ton of maps to learn pre-fire positions, smokes, flashes, or just in general rotations, best of luck, and have fun!

I would not suggest train, nuke, or other lesser played maps.
