What are currently the most liquid/popular skins?

Looking to buy some cool skins to play with, but still want to have the option of selling them quickly without losing too much value.

My budget is around $1000-$1500 (real money, not steam funds) and I am looking for:
- 1-2 knives
- 1 AK skin
- 1 m4a4 skin
- 1 usp-s skin
- 1 Desert Eagle skin

The most important would be the knife, the rest is bonus :)

dopplers phase 4 is what you want if you're looking for best liquid skins easy to trade and sell. AK and M4 skin I recommend something that isn't too inflated like asiimov, desert eagle ocean drive is best imo and usp-s I love Monster Mash
