CSGO Lagging with High FPS and Low Ping
it's happening for 1week for now, i get +300 FPS and 90ms ping in Dubai (it's the best ping i can get but it's okay and normal). but recently it feels i'm playing with SUPER HIGH PING and packet loss. i teleport in the map sometimes and movments are so laggy, i can't buy things with first try etc...
i was playing with this ping befor and had no issue 'till now
and also i don't have any lagging issue in any other games but CSGO
things i've tried :
1-contacting ISP Support (didn't work)
2-Changing DNS (didn't work)
3-using VPN (didn't work)
4-Verifying Files (didn't work)
5-change server with Matchmaking Server Picker app (didn't work)
i've seen some Discussion but couldn't help me
if anyone knows what should i do, leave a comment here thanks

Adjust in-game settings: Lowering certain graphical settings in the game can help improve performance. Experiment with reducing settings such as texture quality, shadows, anti-aliasing, and effects to see if it reduces lag.

Same here. For a few days now I'm getting lag spikes of a up to five seconds with a disconnect warning on the top right of the screen.

How high are your ping?
it's 90ms
and im telling you i used to dont feel ANY LAG with this ping before
I also usually have zero issues (fiber internet, 5700x, 4070, 32gb ram, 2tb NVME 980 PRO, zero things running other than CSGO/steam/discord) but in the last week i have noticed two things

1. I idle around 67 ping (higher than usual but not uncommon depending on MM) but the game JUMPS randomly and the 60 ping feels like 400 ping for random moments. CPU, GPU, RAM temps, netgraph all fine and at low load. CSGO config has been optimized to death an no changes in years. Verified local files. Restarted computer twice. Restarted internet.

Same random jumps continue with a 60 ping that feels and plays like 400+.

2. I also have gotten a diff flavor a few times as well where ping spikes to 900+ (which i have never seen ever) and actually disconnects me from the game (again never had that happen in 10yrs of CS). Check packets and speed test etc again and everything flying and smooth with 950mbps down and 350mpbs up..

Anecdotally some other players i was in game with mentioned the same phantom jumpy spikes for them recently too. Idk whats going on and no fix or cause yet. Ended up wasting 4 back to back comp long game losses.

Super frustrating because it seems to come in waves and you feel like "ok, everything is fine now" and bam another 10 second spike.

just posting to note that you are not crazy and im seeing the same issue.

Packet loss = wifi connection/too many users on the network at the same time. Alternatively you might have a malware using your PC as a botnet passthrough for data.
