Call your bank and tell them about the fraud. They will get you a new credit card. Scan your computer for malware. Follow the following steps to ensure your steam account was not hacked:

2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)
6. Change your trade link
Profile > your inventory > trade offer > Who can send me trade offer > scroll down and make a new trade link.
7. Report the scamming account to support if you are already scammed :Help (top left) > Steam support > CS GO > problem with item > I was scammed

They probably used a third-party site for CSGO gambling/purchasing skins. Which is good because they can now protect their account using the copy/paste advice I have stolen from Dicht007

yeah it's exactly that. I tried to sell a second hand stupid book and the site had a new payment system, the guy social engineered me to get sms from the credit card to unluck the credit card transaction and hacked my phone in a way and got the code... so a push through firefox mobile android to my sms to him... wp gg to him... but I contested, and contested to the skin website... will see...

no he didn't hacked my phone,,, it was a form on the firefox fake link he sent me through email which got him my CC code... pfff GRRRRR

yeah yeah... the site introduced a thing called "secure payment" which I didn't activated and the guy tricked me into "getting it" for him to pay me... and looted me. wp gg.
