No more Drops while viewing the Major?

I didnt find anything about the fact if they changed or didnt change it on google or anywhere.
Do you no longer have a chance of a souvenir drop while just viewing a game?
Is it only buying the pass and getting the 3 tokens now and getting souvenirs from matches you didnt even watch?
