M4A1-S, because this gun is cheaper than M4A4, but M4 without silencer has more ammo than M4A1-S. M4A1-S has also better shoting/shooting (idk)

m4a4. I lost many critical rounds because of the lame m4a1-s. it's barrel is longer, slower fire rate (super critical), 20 bullet mag, damage falloff (library to long corner in inferno, you can't kill with 4 bullets anymore) which cancels any benefits the m4a1-s has.. the suppressor is the only positive thing about it, and yes at times it's super useful. but the m4a4 is the better weapon by far.

ps. the m4a1-s has a much smaller spread when spraying. it's more accurate than the m4a4. BUT. the m4a4 is already very accurate and accuracy recovery (when stutter stepping) is extremely quick, quicker than the AK and maybe the m4a1-s (haven't tested it too much). the m4a4 is the way to go if ur a solo player. if you have a team, you could use the m4a1-s if you choose a more safe approach to the game.
